How do I register with a scholarship code?

  1. Select the Early Registration Fee of $375. Do not select pay by check.
  2. Put the scholarship code in the Enter Promotional Code section and select Apply code.
  3. If you need help locating your scholarship code from the scholarship award email, please email [email protected].
  4. If the form requires you to pay on the confirmation page, ensure the code has been applied and you did not select pay by check.
  5. If you are awarded a scholarship after registration opens, and you register and pay, you will not receive a refund and your scholarship will be given to someone on the waitlist. 

What is the deadline for registering with a scholarship?

If you received a scholarship, please register by July 12, 2024. If you do not register by July 12, your scholarship will be awarded to someone on the waitlist. You must register and attend the conference or notify GCFV by August 2 that you will need to cancel your registration, or else you will not be eligible for a scholarship in the future.

If you are awarded a scholarship after registration opens, and you register and pay, you will not receive a refund and your scholarship will be given to someone on the waitlist. 

How do I pay by check?

If paying by check, do not select Early Registration Fee; only select Pay by Check, and you will be emailed an invoice to submit payment.

What is the QR Code for?

Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR Code. The code will not be accessible until the conference app is active at the conference. The QR code is for accessing the app and checking into the sessions at the conference.

What is the refund policy?

All requests to cancel registration for this event must be in writing by August 2, 2024. Cancellation requests before August 2, 2024, are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after August 2, 2024, will not be refundable. Attendees submitting a request to cancel registration must include the name, phone number, and email address used to register for the event. Refund requests may require additional paperwork to be completed and submitted to GCFV to process refund payments. The registrant is responsible for promptly returning any requested paperwork to receive a refund. Send cancellation requests to Jameelah Ferrell at [email protected].
