Logistics
1 table and 2 chairs per exhibit will be provided. If more than 2 people are needed at an exhibit booth, please indicate in the add-on section, and a member of the GCFV team will contact you with the approval status of your request.

THE DEADLINE TO APPLY IS 2/15/25.
APPLICANTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A ROLLING BASIS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED NO LATER THAN 2/24/25 REGARDING THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION. IF YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED, YOU WILL BE INVOICED BASED ON THE LEVEL AND ADD-ON OPTIONS YOU SELECTED.
