Scholarships

Before applying, please review the eligibility criteria for each scholarship opportunity. Please note that our scholarships are currently limited to individuals employed in Georgia. If you were awarded a scholarship for last year's conference and did not attend, you must reapply, as unused scholarships do not roll over.

These scholarships cover the conference registration fee only. If awarded, you will be responsible for making your own hotel and travel arrangements, as we cannot reimburse those expenses.

Completing the application does not guarantee you a scholarship. However, if you are selected as a recipient, we will notify you via email with a unique registration code. We appreciate your interest and wish you the best of luck in the application process! Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.

If you receive a scholarship offer, you will be given a deadline to accept and register to secure your spot. Unfortunately, if you fail to register by the deadline, we'll have to rescind your scholarship offer and award it to someone on the waitlist. Don't miss out on this great opportunity.

If you are awarded a scholarship after registration opens, and you register and pay, you will not receive a refund, and your scholarship will be given to someone on the waitlist.

The application period is April 1- May 1, 2025, but scholarships will close once capacity is reached.
