Add-On (Bronze Tier only)

    Conference breakfast option add-on $60 per person

    Conference lunch only option add-on $60 per person 

    Conference meal (breakfast and lunch) option add-on $115 per person ($5 discount)

Eligible nonprofit and government organizations receive $50 off any exhibitor tier. This rate cannot be combined with other offers and is subject to availability.

Exhibit Space & Services

Each exhibit space includes one 8’ skirted table and two chairs. Complimentary general Wi-Fi is provided for basic connectivity.

The Classic Center offers additional exhibitor services and furnishings à la carte. Optional items include, but are not limited to, electricity, dedicated or hard-wired internet access, additional tables and chairs, backdrops, and other equipment. These items are not included with the exhibit space and must be ordered directly through the venue. Please note that à la carte services may involve additional costs and are not required for most standard exhibit setups.

Logistics 

Your exhibitor Hall Pass provides access only to the exhibitor/exhibit area. It does not include access to the main conference sessions or workshops. It does not include access to the main conference sessions or workshops.

Setup: Sunday, Aug. 30, 1-3 PM and Aug. 31, 7-8 AM

Tear Down: September 2, 11:30 AM 

*ALL EXHIBITORS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN FOR THE DURATION OF THE CONFERENCE*

THE DEADLINE TO APPLY IS 6/5/26 or until capacity is reached.

APPLICANTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A ROLLING BASIS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED NO LATER THAN 6/12/26 REGARDING THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION. IF YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED, YOU WILL BE INVOICED BASED ON THE LEVEL AND ADD-ON OPTIONS YOU SELECTED.
