GCFV Annual Conference Attendance Policy

The Georgia Commission on Family Violence (GCFV) strives to unite Georgia systems engaged in response to domestic violence and sexual assault through a collaborative training environment that promotes a coordinated community response to awareness, prevention, and intervention in domestic violence and sexual assault.

The Statewide Family Violence Conference is a multidisciplinary training event for professionals currently providing direct services to victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and/or sexual assault who are attending to obtain continuing education hours required for licensing or certification. Religious leaders or clergy members may contact the Commission on Family Violence for information on attending or sending a representative. This training event is not open to the general public. The Georgia Commission on Family Violence reserves the right to limit or refuse attendance at this event.

Only the named registrant may attend the conference. A request to transfer registration must be submitted to GCFV in writing by Friday, September 15, 2023. Contact Jameelah Ferrell at [email protected] to request a transfer. GCFV will confirm transfers within 1-3 business days. No on-site registrations - no exceptions.

If you are interested in more training or webinar events from GCFV, visit the Events & Training tab in the News and Events section on our website at https://gcfv.georgia.gov/events-training.
