The Georgia Commission on Family Violence, through the Board of the Department of Community Supervision, hereby announces the proposed revisions to the Rules and Regulations for Family Violence Intervention Programs (FVIPs).  See the  PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE CHANGES FOR CHAPTER 105-3 FAMILY VIOLENCE INTERVENTION PROGRAM.

A physical copy of the proposed rule(s) may also be viewed at the Department’s main office by appointment only during normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except official State holidays:

PUBLIC COMMENT

Public Comments will be received in writing from March 21, 2025, through April 25, 2025. Emailed comments must be received by 5:00 PM on Friday, April 25, 2025. Interested parties can submit comments. All submissions must be legible and contain contact information from the submitter: name, address, telephone number, and/or email address. Public comments will not be accepted over the phone or outside of the provided submission methods.

  2. Comments sent by U.S. postal mail must addressed to the following address and postmarked no later than April 25, 2025
