The group process in FVIP groups can be challenging. From participants who are resistant to participants who consistently dismiss their accountability and responsibility for their actions. Whether facilitating for years or just beginning, each group is different and comes with its own challenges. This training will explore the group process which will include group dynamics and ways in which to engage group members into the discusion, ways in which to keep group members accountabile for their actions, and ways in which to keep the victim's voice in the room.
