The goal of this training is to enhance the capacity of law enforcement when responding to and investigating violence against women crimes.

This training will help participants describe the critical needs of victims; identify communities that their agency serves and of these, which communities they should conduct additional outreach to; identify local community partners and understand why collaboration with these partners is valuable in responding to violence against women crimes; and understand the roles of law enforcement, system-based advocates, and community-based advocates in responding to violence against women crimes.
