2026 Conference Scholarships are now open.

Before applying, please review the eligibility criteria for each scholarship opportunity. Please note that our scholarships are currently limited to individuals employed in Georgia.

These scholarships cover only the conference registration fee. If awarded, you will be responsible for making your own hotel and travel arrangements, as we cannot reimburse those expenses.

Completing the application does not guarantee you a scholarship. However, if you are selected as a recipient, we will notify you via email with a unique registration code. We appreciate your interest and wish you the best of luck in the application process! Before applying, please review the special conditions below, and as always, feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.

If you receive a scholarship offer, you will be given a deadline to accept and register to secure your spot. Unfortunately, if you fail to register by the deadline (generally, this date will be August 1, 2026), we'll have to rescind your scholarship offer and award it to someone on the waitlist. Don't miss out on this great opportunity.

If you complete the scholarship application, please wait to register until you are notified of the status of your application. If you are awarded a scholarship after registration opens, and you register and pay, you will not receive a refund, and your scholarship will be given to someone on the waitlist.

NEW POLICY FOR 2026:

If you do register using a scholarship code, then decide that you cannot attend,  and do not cancel by notifying the Commission by email at [email protected] by August 10, 2026, you will be placed on a no‑scholarship list for 1 year and will be ineligible to apply for or receive scholarships during that period. If you cannot attend, please notify us so we can award the scholarship to someone on the waiting list.

If you do register using a scholarshop code and do not cancel or attend, you will be placed on a no‑scholarship list for 2 years and will be ineligible to apply for or receive scholarships during that period.

The scholarship application period is March 27 - May 1, 2026, but scholarships will close once capacity is reached.
