This archived webinar follows up on the "Nuts and Bolts of Fatality Review" session. It explores advanced topics, including reviewing near-fatal incidents in which victims survived injuries. Participants will also gain insights into the trauma-informed interview process developed by the Project for conducting near-fatality interviews and other relevant discussions within the fatality review process.

This document is a template to create the chronology for case reviews. Fatality Review Teams should consult the Fatality Review Project’s Policies and Operating Procedures Manual for information about completing the chronology.
