All new for 2026, we are offering a limited number of discounted conference tickets in exchange for helping with specific event tasks. It’s a great way to get involved, meet people, and be part of what makes the event run smoothly.

How it works:

• Sign up to volunteer for a designated role (examples below)
• Complete your assigned shift(s) during the event
• Receive a 50% discount on your conference ticket

Volunteer opportunities may include:

• Registration & Help Desk support
• Room monitoring/Workshop session support
• Event setup and breakdown
• Photographers (group pictures and general event photography)

What to expect:

• Shifts will be scheduled before the conference
• Some roles allow you to attend sessions outside your shift times (photography, setup, early morning registration, help desk support), and Room monitoring allows you to both volunteer and attend workshops simultaneously
• Training or instructions will be provided in advance

Complete the volunteer Interest Form and select your preferred roles and availability. Our team will follow up with the next steps and confirm your schedule.
